Tales of Xillia ships 500,000 units in first week in Japan
Namco’s shipped 500,000 units of RPG Tales of Xillia in its first week on sale in Japan. It was announced a couple of weeks that Xillia had become the most pre-ordered Tales of game in the series’ 15 years, with Namco attributing the success of shipment numbers to the anniversary of the franchise, as well as several collaborations it had planned in the run-in to release. Japanese retailers have also even claimed sellouts for the PS3 exclusive.
Thanks, Andriasang.
