RAGE TV Spot features shooting, explosions, enemies, Perfect Circle
id Software and Bethesda have released the TV Spot for RAGE, which features the A Perfect Circle track Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drums. Double awesome. The tv advert first aired during the Michigan versus Notre Dame game on September 10. RAGE will be released on PC and consoles October 4 in the US and October 7 in the UK.

Starhawk trailer goes long on space combat
Sony’s released a brand new trailer for Starhawk. Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD gets debut trailer
Just Add Water’s lifted the wrap off footage Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath, showing a video of the HD redeux for the first time. JAW’s been working with Oddworld Inhabitants on the series, with HD version’s of Munch’s Odysee and Abe’s Odysee also inbound as well as other things. Stranger’s Wrath is due on PSN this fall.

Dead Island ships 1 million in first week in US, 2 million worldwide expected by week’s end
Deep Silver’s announced overnight in the US via the medium of press release that its shipped 1 million units of Dead Island in the country. The publisher now expects to hit 2 million units shipped worldwide by the end of the week. The Techland, not without its controversies after release last week, went to the the top of the UK charts earlier this week.

Lord of Apocalypse gets first trailer
Lord of Apocalypse has gotten its first trailer from Square Enix following its unveil in Famitsu this week. The game, thought to be a sequel to this year’s Lord of Arcana, will be a launch title for Vita on December 17 in Japan, but will also get a PSP release as well. Get watching the trailer below, via GT. Some of the animation in it is amazing, if we’re being very honest.

First Tales of Innocence R trailer goes heavy on anime
Namco’s released the first trailer of Tales of Innocence R following its unveil at TGS this week. The RPG’s reveal follows the recent release of big PS3 brother Xillia in Japan a couple of weeks back. You can get the video for it below the break, which goes all in on the anime cutscenes in the game.

MGS HD Collection TGS trailer shows MGS2 HD for first time
Konami’s gone and released the TGS trailer of the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection, showing properly for the first time Metal Gear Solid 2 in actual HD footage. The video confirms that the version of MGS2 that’ll be in the pack will not be the vanilla version of Sons of Liberty, but rather Substance, with Snake Tales and the VR missions included. It also shows a bit more of MGS3 as well, following its first sighting back at gamescom last month.
The Collection was dated for November 23 in Japan this morning for PS3 and 360. Konami is still to officially announce a date for here other than just November.
