Atlus to continue Demon’s Souls server support into 2012
With spiritual successor Dark Souls gearing up for a sequel from Namco Bandai Games, Atlus USA have confirmed that they’ll be continuing to operate the servers for hardcore action RPG Demon’s Souls into 2012.

Xbox 360 Tropico 4 delayed, arriving October 18
Hanging out for Tropico 4 on Xbox 360? Keep a-hangin’, publisher Kalypso Media has confirmed to Joystiq that the game planned for “mid-September” will now be arriving in mid-October.
Specifically, the game should start hitting shelves from October 18th, even though the PC version’s out already. We hear that “although it isn’t radically different in terms of visuals from its predecessor, it’s a better and more focused experience,” in case you were wondering.

Dragon Quest X direct feed footage released by Square
Direct-feed footage of Dragon Quest X: Rise of the Five Tribes Online, which is the first footage of the MMO, has been released. It shows some of the in-game graphics, CGI, and a group pf players running about the land. The Wii version is out during 2012 in Japan. Direct feed shots, which we posted earlier, are through here. PSA: Black Ops Rezurrection out on PC today
Activision has sent over a friendly reminder that Rezurrection, the zombie-filled DLC for Black Ops, is now available on PC. It was released via the PS Store yesterday in Europe, and is out today in the US for PS3. The DLC was originally included in the Hardened and Prestige Editions of the game, and includes the Moon level, four re-mastered levels of Zombie lore: Nacht der Untoten, Verruckt, Shi No Numa and Der Riese, the Zombie factory that started it all, an enhanced Zombies Soundtrack including three tracks never before available for purchase.

Batman: Arkham City trailer focuses on The Joker – US ONLY
MTV has an exclusive video up for Batman: Arkham City, which focuses on The Joker along with his minions and backstory. You can view it here.
