Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright TGS video released

Level-5 has released the TGS trailer for Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright. It’s posted below. The game hasn’t been announced for release outside of Japan just yet, but we’re keeping our fingers crossed information pertaining to the possibility will be provided during Level 5 World Event in Tokyo on October 15-16. Game’s out in 2012 on 3DS in Japan.

I think Phoenix Wright was the reason I got a DS in the first place. I absolutely adore these games, and aside from a mildly iffy second game (which made up for it all in the last case), there really hasn’t been a bad entry. And they’ve only gotten better and better as time has gone on.

Professor Layton has been a bit of fun, too. So it’s interesting to see these two combined. About the only other thing that would get me to pick up a 3DS would be the release of a Solatorobo sequel on it.
