Report – EA offering refunds to Tiger Woods 12 PC owners
EA has offered to refund disgruntled customers the purchase price of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12: The Masters PC, which was released last week. According to posts over on the EA forums (via Reddit), the graphics and overall quality of the game is not on par with console versions, and it contains a premium PC service – Tiger Woods Online -as the sole multiplayer mode. While three months of the service is free, multiplayer on consoles is free for the duration, minus an Xbox Live gold membership, obviously. EA forum members suggest giving a call to EA support via the livechat web page, and ask for a refund. Thanks, Eurogamer.

EA simply will never learn. Is this the future for Battlefield as well? And lets face it, why pay for service that they will only switch off after 12 months?
It’s about time EA put the customer first instead of shafting them at every given opportunity. The SWTWoW forums have issues with Origin and pre-orders as well – will it ever end?!

No more than people talking about it will and just as much will be changed by it.
The fact is that EA hasn’t released anything but ports to the PC where sports are concerned for years and they wonder why people are mad, especially when they haven’t even looked as good as the ports.

Sega better fucking get Virtua Tennis 4 PC patched soon or I’ll be knocking on their door for a refund too.
