AssCreed: Revelations beta opens to all PSN members
Ubisoft will throw open the Assassin’s Creed: Revelations multiplayer beta to all PSN account holders tomorrow – but you need to get in quick.

Previously exclusive to PSN Plus subscribers and lucky Uplay participants, the beta will be available to all between September 8 and 11.
That doesn’t mean you can just mosey in whenever you feel like it, though – only a limited number of client downloads will be allowed, meaning if you don’t move fast enough you could still be left out.
Ubisoft has been gradually releasing more features to the beta; you can see details of available content here.
Assassin’s Creed: Revelations launches on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on November 15, with a PC version to follow. It closes the trilogy of Assassin’s Creed II.

They were saying that the PC version was out simultaneously. Is this now no longer the case?

Well I don’t know about others but I couldn’t get a game during the first weekend of beta testing.
Maybe it was just me, maybe it was the time I went on or maybe something to do with my connection. Either way, after searching for a game three or four times and coming back with nothing, I gave up.

I got in. Maps were VERY small, much smaller than the previous AC:B multiplayer beta even.
Meh, didn’t really wet my whistle if you will.
