Off-screen Uncharted 3 gameplay video features sandstorms
A off-screen gameplay video featuring the “Desert Village” multiplayer map from Uncharted 3 has made its way to YouTube. The video shows one interesting aspect of the gameplay – sandstorms. According to Naughty Dog, a sandstorm will blow at a certain point during the match and will obscure the player’s vision allowing them only to see a few feet in front of them. Enemies are visible only as shady figures during the sandstorm. It’ll only occur once during each match and will last for a few seconds.

God of War: Origins demo releasing on PSN tomorrow for PS Plus subs
The US PS Blog‘s announced that a demo for the God of War: Origins Collection will be releasing on PlayStation Network. PS Plus subscribers will be able to download it as early as tomorrow, and it’ll be made available for the general public on September 6. The demo will feature a level from Ghost of Sparta, and will come with 3D support. God of War Origins, which is a compilation of two PSP GoW titles: Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta, releases on September 13 in the US.

Steamworks support confirmed for Modern Warfare 3
Valve’s confirmed that Modern Warfare 3 will come with Steamworks support, and is now available for pre-order on their digital distribution service Steam. The game will also ship with day one dedicated servers support for the PC version, with both the digital and retail versions of the Infinity Ward-Sledgehammer shooter colab coming with Steamworks. Modern Warfare 3 launches on November 8 for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.

Rockstar drops new Max Payne 3 screenshots
Rockstar’s released two brand new screenshots of Max Payne 3, the first that have emerged since it started emerging from underground and a blowout from Edge earlier this year. You can get the two shots below. Rockstar says that it’ll begin dishing out more news on the game, being made by its Vancouver studio, in the “next few months.”
It’ll launch on PS3, 360 and PC.
