Activision has released a video featuring Treyarch giving a behind-the-scenes look at the Black Ops pack, Rezurrection. The DLC was originally included in the Hardened and Prestige Editions of the game, and includes the Moon level, four re-mastered levels of Zombie lore: Nacht der Untoten, Verruckt, Shi No Numa and Der Riese, the Zombie factory that started it all, an enhanced Zombies Soundtrack including three tracks never before available for purchase. It is set for release on August 23 on Xbox Live for 1200 MS points, with PC and PS3 getting it at a later date.

THQ has released a new gameplay video for Saints Row: The Third, showing off the game’s second mission. It sees the Third Street Saints members being captured by the Syndicate after the former robbed one of its banks. To say there’s a lot of airplay in the video is an understatement. Fresh off it’s beta date drop last night, Ubisoft has announced TrackMania 2: Canyon will be released on September 14. The beta starts August 17, and if you pre-order the game for $24.99 or £19.99, you’ll have instant access to all sorts of goodies. Sony won’t be the only one streaming its gamescom presentation live next week: 2K will be as well. This is good news for those wanting a first look at Borderlands 2. MTV has posted a 20-minute play through of Dead Island, which takes you through the prologue, the skill trees, and zombies getting set on fire and knives jabbed into them. It’s basically a three-part video of the author’s preview copy of the game. You can watch it through the link. Dead Island will be released September 6 in North America and September 9 in the rest of the world.

Turbine has released a few new shots from LOTRO’s Rise of Isengard expansion. There are six in all, and show a bit more of Orthranc, an Uruk-hai picking on a Hobbit, and Saruman of Many Colours – or as we like to call him: Saruman the Big Fat Jerk. Rise of Isengard is set to release on September 27.
