Kalypso has sent over some in-game shots from The Dark Eye – Demonicon, showing some of the locations, characters and demons featured in the game. Demonicon tells the tragic love story of two people who become “the pawns of sinister forces in a world full of cruelty and depravity.” Both are constantly threatened by mortal danger and demonic temptation and their common destiny will “determine the fate of the entire continent and will be decided by the choices they make.” Demonicon is scheduled for release in 2012 for Windows PC and consoles, and a playable demo will be on-hand at gamescom next week.
