Xenoblade Chronicles gets September AU launch

Nintendo Australia has confirmed the much-anticipated RPG Xenoblade Chronicles will see local release.

The Monolithsoft RPG will launch in Australia and New Zealand on September 1, and come bundled with a soundtrack CD. The game will retail locally at the usual heart-stopping prices - AU $99 and NZ $133.

The European lanch of Xenoblade Chronicles, previously known as Monado, has been brought forward to mid-August, while a US release is still unconfirmed but strongly suspected.

Xenoblade, along with Mistwalker's The Last Story and Ganbarion's Pandora's Tower, is the focus of Operation Rainfall's efforts to see some of the most beautiful games on the Wii released states-side.
