Quick shots: Two lone screens of Dragon Age II’s Legacy DLC
A couple new shots from the Legacy DLC for Dragon Age II popped up on the game’s official site. Each was mixed in with shots released during EA’s Summer Showcase, which took place at the beginning of the month. Legacy is due on PC, PSN and XBL on July 26.

Team Fortress 2 gets Soldier Victory Pack
Valve’s now released a new content pack for the soldier class on Team Fortress 2. Known as Dr. Grordbort’s Victory Pack, it’ll include two new weapons, the Cow Mangler 5000 and the Righteous Bison, and a couple of hats. Everyone wins. There’s more details on it here.

Tales of Xillia gets 12 short gameplay snippet videos
Namco Bandai’s launched more than two handfuls of short gameplay clips of Tales of Xillia. The videos show Jude, Milla, Leia, Rowen, Elise and Alvin. For those importing it, it’s out this September for PS3. Namco hasn’t announced a western release as yet.

Activision dates X-Men Destiny, Spider-Man: Edge of Time for US
Activision’s announced two more dates for the US following confirmation of an April 2012 launch for Prototype 2 in the country. Silicon Knights’ X-Men Destiny will release on September 27, while Beenox will launch Spider-Man: Edge of Time on October 4. As noted, Prototype 2 was confirmed for an April 24 release last night.

UPlay Passport to cost £8, 800 MS points in UK
Ubisoft announced this morning that Uplay Passport will cost £7.99 or 800 MS points for those who’ve bought a second-hand Ubisoft game and want to access online components. The scheme will be free for those who bought titles first-hand from the publisher. Announced last week, it’ll begin rolling out with Driver: San Francisco in September.

Soul Calibur V gets colossal assets blowout ahead of ComicCon

Rayman Origins gets ComicCon trailer
Ubisoft’s released a minute-long trailer of Rayman Origins from ComicCon, pretty much showing off the awards it won at E3 as well as the “unofficial” awards. Ancel’s amazing-looking platformer is pretty much the reason why you haven’t seen BG&E2, but going by the E3 showing, that’s not as much as a bad thing as you think it is. Get it below.

RAGE dev diary talks the Wasteland, touches upon multiplayer
