Upcoming DNF patch to up Duke’s arensal, increase weapon slots
The list of knocks against Duke Nukem Forever is long and varied, but Gearbox is about to give one Duke’s much-beloved boot. (Sadly, it’s not the lack of Duke’s much-beloved boot.) “Among the changes coming to PC are a new expanded inventory option that allows you to carry up to four weapons in the single-player campaign, Valve Anti-Cheat System (VAC) support, push-to-talk voice chat, the ability to adjust FOV plus other fixes and improvements that are still being tested,” said a post by community manager Chris Faylor. So there you have it, Duke fans. Go nuts. Chew gum, kick ass, and commit unspeakable crimes against good taste.

I’m not going to lie, I bashed this game constantly when it released and yes, I got sucked into the negavibe of the reviews.
Then I picked it up during the Steam sale and I have to say, honestly, I have played far far faaar worse games than DNF. I actually quite enjoyed my time with the game. The humour fell a bit flat and yeah, it might feel a bit outdated but generally, I had a decent fun time.
It was miles better than the shitty Tranformers: DOTM game.

what viralshag said. It´s a decent game and it has its own “taste”. Multiplayer is completely unnecessary though.

So, is this patch only for the PC version? That would suck greatly. I was considering getting this when the price goes down a little on PS3. The four slots instead of two thing would definitely go a long way towards me making such a purchase.

@4 Thanks. I just read the post on here, where it only mentions PC.
