Eurogamer Expo doubles in size, moves to Earl’s Court One

The UK’s biggest videogame event moves from its previous location of Earl’s Court Brompton Hall to inhabit the largest venue in West London. That’s a whole lot of games in one place.

The move will double both the floor space and the number of screens available for viewing upcoming games, and allow the event to swell its visitor numbers beyond the 20,000 that it attracted last year.

EG managing director, Rupert Loman said:

“We’re delighted at the prospect of moving on to a larger venue. The Eurogamer Expo has grown year-on-year, and this new venue sets yet another benchmark for what The Eurogamer Expo can achieve. We’ve always been dedicated to giving gamers the best possible experience, and this move will ensure that.”

Tickets for Eurogamer Expo 2011 are selling fast and can be purchased online at www.eurogamerexpo.com.

I’ve already got my tickets, but I want to get an industry pass this year – half of my time last year was spent queuing for dev sessions.
