Double Dragon 2 revamp Wander of the Dragons hitting XBLA in September

It looks as though a 3D remake of Double Dragon 2 will definitely be making its way to Xbox Live Arcade with the added moniker Wander of the Dragons. It’s in development by Korean studio Barunson Interactive, and is based on the arcade version of Double Dragon 2: The Revenge. There’s a video of it below, courtesy of Co-Optimus, and if you hit the site up, there’s plenty of screenshots too. The game’s out in September for $15. It was outed late last month by the German Ratings Board. Thanks, Joystiq.

Nooooo, 99% of 3d versions of 2d games are shitty, and in any case i want 2d hd brawlers(on psn).

We need more remakes like this of the great old arcade games. I’m thinking Gauntlet, Golden Axe, Contra, Bad Dudes.

5 minutes of gameplay? Really? 30 seconds would have been plenty.
