Assassin's Creed: The Chain to continue comic canon

In its continuing expansion of the Assassin's Creed universe, Ubisoft has announced a second comic mini-series.

According to UbiWorkshop, Assassin’s Creed: The Chain will pick up where the previous series, The Fall, left off.

The new series will again stem from a collaboration between comics legends Cameron Stewart and Karl Kerschl, and continue the story of Daniel Cross and his ancestor Nikolaï Orelov.

No word yet on release date for The Chain, but three-part series The Fall will be released as a trade paperback in November, with an exclusive prologue not found in the individual issues. The collection will be available for pre-order from UbiWorkshop soon, and is already listed on multiple retailers.
