Activison has announced ahead of Comic-Con the actors who’ve lent their voices to Spider-Man: Edge of Time and X-Men Destiny, both of which will be playable next week at the event.

Spider-Man: Edge of Time game will feature Val “I’m Your Huckleberry-You Can Be My Wingman Anytime” Kilmer as Walker Sloan, Smallville and V actress Laura Vandervoort as Mary Jane, and Starbuck from Battlestar Galactica, Katee Sackhoff, as the Black Cat.

Additionally, Heroes’ Milo Ventimiglia, Sucker Punch’s Jamie Chung and Friday Night Lights’ Scott Porter will bring three all-new playable mutant characters Grant Alexander, Aimi Yoshida and Adrian Luca to life, respectively, in X-Men Destiny.

“These amazing casts of talented Hollywood actors help bring the rich storylines of Spider-Man: Edge of Time and X-Men Destiny to life,” said Vicharin Vadakan, director of marketing, Activision Publishing. “Players this fall will get to control the destiny of their own mutants or save Spider-Man and through this voice talent feel like they are part of the action.”

Comic-Con fans can also catch their favorite stars from Spider-Man: Edge of Time and X-Men Destiny at the Activision Marvel Video Games Panel where they will join Stan Lee, Marvel writer Peter David and Beenox Studio Head Dee Brown, among others, to discuss the latest Super Hero adventures and their roles in the upcoming video games.

The panel will take place on Saturday, July 23, at 10.00am in room 5AB.

Bennox’s Spider-Man: Edge of Time is slate for release on 3DS, PS3, Wii and Xbox 360 this fall.

X-Men Destiny, developed by Silicon Knights, will be made available for PS3, Wii and Xbox 360.

Both games are being developed by Other Ocean for Nintendo DS™.

Assuming so since he was not listed – or – they could be saving it for ComicCon.

@1 Josh Keaton, the voice of Spider-Man in Mvc3 will play the original Spidey and apparently Christopher Daniel Barnes, the guy who played Spider-Man Noir (as well as Spidey in the animated series) will play as Spider-Man 2099.

Awesome. I like both of those voice actors. Though i do prefer Christopher Daniel Barnes, he brings back fond child hood memories. Just as long as they never used the guy from Web of Shadows again.
