Retailers lists Andy McNab Battlefield 3 novel

Retailer listings suggest an official novelisation of DICE's upcoming shooter Battlefield 3.

The Battlefield Blog spotted the book on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Apparently running to 400 pages, the book will apparently be penned by Andy McNab, a highly decorated British soldier and author of the Nick Stone series as well as a trilogy of military autobiographies beginning with Bravo Two Zero.

Amazon lists the book as a mass paperback, while Barnes & Noble have it as an eBook. It's currectly listed for an October 25 release through Grand Central Publishing.

Battlefield 3 is due on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in late October.
