SSX team listened to fan reaction to Deadly Descents

EA's Sean Smillie has said the team behind SSX "listened to the fans" and has made the game more colorful and over the top like past iterations in the series, while also apparently dropping the latest version's Deadly Descents subtitle.

"The idea of bringing back SSX has always been talked about at EA," Smillie told CVG in a video interview. "SSX is very popular within the company - there are a lot of people who loved working on it and a lot of people who want to work on it."

The new game will include customizable gear, a survival and "stuff we couldn't do before," thanks to the latest in tech, said Smillie.
