Saints Row: The Third to get $99 Platinum Pack
Want to know how OTT THQ is going to go with Saints Row: The Third? A $99 Platinum Pack is the first big example of that.
The special edition will contain the game, as well as its soundtrack, the recently-announced Professor Genki DLC and a “custom-molded” Saints Row headset that isn’t compatable with PSN and Xbox Live.
CVG claims that no plans have been announced for it on PC or for a release here in Europe.
Saints Row: The Third launches on PS3, 360 and PC on November 18 in the UK.

@1 it’s a 3,5mm headset. unless your console has these ports you can’t use them.

Because it’s stylish and you can use them on your iPhone to look even cooler, I guess.

I’m all for functional trinkets over the usual ridiculous “artbook n’ other junk” sort of stuff, but a headset doesn’t really make sense.
Why not make a model of one of the crazy cars or planes in the game, or that psychotic cat guy? Or a weaponized giant purple dildo.

just watch the trailer for the dlc, its nice knowing that saint row has picked up the humor gauntlet that GTA drop when they made GTAIV, i really think i’m going to get a lot of fun out this game when it comes out

I really hope someone is able to mod it so we can vacuum up Niko Bellic, Roman Bellic, Luis and the biker fag and manapult them into one of those chimneys.
