New South Park game inbound for 360

A second South Park game is in development exclusively for Xbox 360, according to a Joystiq report.

The game will bring to an end a two game exclusivity deal with Microsoft with the series, the first being Let’s Go Tower Defense in 2009.

“Right now, South Park is actually in a first-party deal with Microsoft Studios, who published the first game, and they’re doing a second game as well,” said 345 Games’ Prithvi Virasinghe. 345 is making a game based on fellow Comedy Central IP Ugly Americans: Apocalypsegeddon.

“After [the second game launches], that first-party exclusivity window expires, and we get a shot of taking that back.”

It’s going to be a sequel to the amazing South Park Rally. Right?

Eh, I don’t have a problem with an indie-style game. It definitely seems like it fits the IP better instead of the horrid South Park FPS they came out with on N64. Just make a decent game. That’s all I ask.
