Generic third person shooter. Slant six Games can’t do ****. Sorry.

So it’s like RE5 but faster and much worse….sigh…..need a RE6 reboot DESPERATELY. Capcom you got it right with Lost in Nightmares!

I hate third person shooters that have the character constantly aiming towards the center of the screen. Really, they’re just replacing the gun at the side of the screen from FPS’ with a character. Whats the point of making a TPS if its pretty much just going to work like a FPS?

@2, they don’t need a reboot. They just need to let this franchise die.

@Dr G: Agreed, we need a full scale Lost in Nightmares. Revelations is starting to look gooooood, might have to buy a 3DS for that if it remains an exclusive…

@10 Resident Evil was the original game about undead ^_^ to tell you the truth I really miss the survival horror atmosphere.

@4 capcom had nothing to do with the movies, unless you are referring to the CG one.

I might still pick it up, but I’m amused by how many negative things he points out while playing it, especially how unhelpful the A.I. is. Would it be too much to hope that Capcom would be taking note of those complaints?

Well they didn’t in the previous RE why would they suddenly start now. Look still you can’t run and shoot at the same time. Still you have unhelpful AI. You would think they would pick that up but Nope completely ignore it.

SO fucking bad and insulting to the great work capcom did back in the day with the likes of Resident Evil 2. I’m so annoyed mainly because of how high I treasure the franchise as it is one of the best ever created and then it all started to go down hill from resi 4.

The one thing that would of saved the franchise would of been if they kept with the survival horror. I mean the back of resi 4 actually says ‘forget about survival horror.. this is survival action!’ or something like that… so depressing.

You have to correct the article headline….what I see is a generic 3rd person shooter…but not resident evil…you are mistaken, sorry
