European Nintendo Video app arrives July 13

European 3DS owners will be able to grab the Nintendo Video app this week.

Destructoid reports the application will launch on the EU 3DS eShop on Wednesday.

The app automatically downloads 2D and 3D video content using SpotPass.

Nintendo has confirmed Oscar's Oasis, 3D Magic Tricks, and Angelo episodes will be part of the initial offering, but has hinted in the past at deals with various providers including Sky and Eurosport.

Other Western territories are still waiting on a release date, although Nintendo of America told Shack it would arrive locally this summer.

The Japanese version of the app includes Idoling Sumo 3DS and Magic Class 3D.
