Hideo Kojima to announce something today
Hideo Kojima’s gearing up to announce something on tonight’s episode of the Hideradio podcast.
The Metal Gear Solid developer has been teasing the announcement via tweets made through Kojima Productions’ Spanish Twitter profile. One of his recent tweets had the following message:
“In this week’s Hideradio, I will make an announcement.”
Kojima had earlier confirmed that he’ll be speaking about Snatcher on tonight’s podcast, again via another tweet.
“Checking “Hide Radio #296″ and “Talking about SNATCHER(sequel)” will be released this weekend. From act2 to ending. 70mins in total. Long.”
Famistu also mentioned Kojima’s Tweet, which is a bit out of the ordinary as they don’t usually bother themselves with covering tweets of developers.
Although it’s unlikely that he’s going to announce a new Snatcher title using something as small as a podcast, considering it’s Kojima, nothing is “impossible.”
The new episode of the podcast will go live on the the Hideoblog later today.

Maybe he’ll show off Rising at Gamescom, who knows. Or the new game using that new engine.
