THQ has confirmed that Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine will be releasing on September 9 in Europe.

The US release date for the game is September 6. Both the release dates have been pushed back a bit as the title was originally heading for a August release.

The title, being made by Relic, will be releasing on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
