Duke Nukem Forever launch trailer is uncensored, features ass-kicking
Duke Nukem Forever has a launch trailer. Those are words we never thought we’d write, but there we are. The clip, which features the standard ass-kicking, alien-killing we’ve come to expect from Duke, is pretty much uncensored, so it’s definitely NFSW. You can watch it after the break. DNF launches next Friday in the UK and on June 14 in the US for PS3, 360 and PC.

PopCap: Working on multiple platforms at once leads to “lowest common denominator thinking”
360-PS3-PC. It’s the simultaneous game release Holy Trinity, and without it, all our goat sacrifices would be in vain. Also, business models. PopCap worldwide game development head Ed Allard, however, isn’t quite so gung-ho about the industry standard. After all, what’s the point of developing for multiple platforms if your game only fits one of them?

New Rayman Origins screens are delicious, delicious eye candy
And we mean that, too. GameSpot‘s freed a couple of new Rayman Origins screens from Ubisoft’s Screenshot Vault, and they’re so bright and vibrant that we now know where all the color so painfully absent in every first-person shooter ever went. The accompanying preview’s worth a read as well, as it gives a couple specific examples of how the game’s co-op element will function. So yes, go take a look now. Hopefully, by the time you’ve returned, we’ll have devised a plan to own this game right this very second. We’re not above selling our souls, if it helps.
Thanks, dutch.

The art is hanging over the Figueroa Hotel, as posted by Bethesda marketing and PR chief Pete Hines on Twitter. If the location looks a bit familiar, it’s because it is: Final Fantasy XIII was there two years ago. You can see a high-res version of the Skyrim art here.
Game’s out on November 11 for PS3, 360 and PC.
