God of War Origins trailered, screenarised
Sony announced the God of War Origins collection for PS3 last night, a bundle of revamped versions of the IP’s PSP spin-offs. Sony did not announce God of War IV, as had been rumoured yesterday morning. Still, God of War is like ultra-badass super-crack: some people can never have enough. Tekken: Blood Vengeance gets new trailer
Namco Bandai has released a new trailer for its upcoming CG Tekken movie: Tekken: Blood Vengeance. It shows off some story elements from the movie as well as introducing a few characters. The brief trailer manages to impress. Watch it below. Blood Vengeance is due for cinematic release in September.

Video – First Tomb Raider gameplay aired during MS presser
You may have seen it yesterday, but just in case you haven’t or just want to see it again, find after the break the first gameplay demo of Tomb Raider that was shown during the Microsoft press conference yesterday. If you haven’t watch it yet, you really should: it looks properly terrific. This looks set to be one of the big contenders for game of the show.

PixelJunk SideScroller announced for PS3 – screens
Q announced PixelJunk SideScroller last night, despite the fact the game didn’t make an appearance in the Sony press conference. Check out some screens below. It has local two-way co-op and looks pretty much like something from 1995 with modernity forced right up it, as is Q’s wont. There’s no date. There is, however, a video.

Forza Motorsport 4 confirmed for October 11 launch, E3 assets are super shiny
Although they are carefully labelled “screenshots”, I’m gently incredulous over these Forza Motorsport 4 images. Happily, this trailer contains a bit of all-too-believable, inadvertent amusement.

FFXIII-2 off-screen footage features gameplay, shows off mini-game
Kotaku‘s gone up with two off-screen videos of Final Fantasy XIII-2 being played after the Sony E3 press conference. The first is a fairly bog-standard gameplay video, showing a new character for the game, as well how the ATB system works in the game. The second video shows off an “anomaly” mini-game. Final Fantasy XIII-2 launches this winter for PS3 and 360, with a Japanese release now confirmed for December.

Quick shots – Mass Effect 3 shots go all out following date announcement
EA’s dropped nine new Mass Effect 3 showings following the blowout on the BioWare sci-fi RPG’s final chapter yesterday. During the MS conference, Kinect support for the 360 version was announced by BioWare boss Ray Muzyka, with a full gameplay demo given later at the EA press conference by producer Casey Hudson.
Mass Effect 3 was confirmed for a worldwide launch of March 6, 2012 on PS3, 360 and PC last night.

Vita’s LittleBigPlanet trailer touches up Sackboy
While the dust settles on Sony’s E3 press, the assets rumble on. Next up is LittleBigPlanet for Vita, the official trailer of which showing tilt controls, touch stuff and more. It’s below (thanks, Bluebird), as are screens. Sony said last night that Vita would launch globally, and that the handheld is to cost $249 in the US.

Super Stardust Delta trailer shows things going bang
D’Toid‘s come live with a new trailer of Housemarque’s Super Stardust Delta, showing how you can destroy asteroids using the unique features of Vita. The Vita version of the PSN classic looks properly mint, but is not a sight for sore eyes and head on a Tuesday morning. Just saying. You can get the video below.

Microsoft unveils new wireless wheel for 360
Microsoft buried a new wireless 360 wheel in the flood of press conference announcements yesterday, showing a dual-pronged peripheral that may well be the greenest thing in all of the world. It’s due in October, will cost $60, features haptic feedback and rumble and is being released with Forza 4 in mind. Kotaku has images.

Report: Battlefield 3 PC system specs detailed
Gamefront’s put up what it’s claiming are Battlefield 3′s PC system specs, although there’s no source. The game was shown in incredible form in the EA E3 press conference last night, and it looks as though you’ll need a “decent” set-up to get something approaching the demos. It’s out October 24. Vita’s WipEout 2048 trailer is heavy on the speed
Sony’s put out the official PS Vita 2048 trailer, after confirming the next gen handheld for a global 2011 release last night. The footage is prettier than you ever would have hoped, and shows lilting and touchscreen controls. It’s fairly likely you’ll buy this. See below.

Oddworld titles coming to Vita this holiday
Oddworld developer Just Add Water’s announced that’s it’s bringing two Oddworld titles to Vita this holiday season – Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee and Oddworld: Strangers Wrath, with full cross-platform cloud save support between Vita and PS3 also included. The news was made via the developer’s Twitter following the Sony press conference earlier this morning.
