SCOTUS violent games bill ruling expected next week
Back in November 2010, the US Supreme Court Justices weighed in on the videogame violence bill written by California state Senator Leland Yee which was supported by the state’s former-governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The case is to be ruled on by the end of June, so sometime by the end of next week, we should know something regarding whether or not California will be able to legally limit the sale of what it considers violent video games to minors or not. We’ll keep you posted. Via MTV. [pic]

Blizzard announces presence at gamescom 2011
Blizzard has announced it will have a presence at gamescom 2011, and folks will be able to watch StarCraft II eSports showmatches, live World of Warcraft guild raids, hear company news and participate in or watch dance and costume competitions. The gamescom event takes place August 17 to 21 in Cologne and Blizzard’s booth will be in Halle 6.

Debut trailer for Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battle released
The European debut trailer for Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battle has been released, and the game, which is slated for release in Europe next year, will see Seiya and the rest out to defeat the gold saints. Eurogamer Expo half sold out with 15,000 tickets moved
Since going on sale in March, 15,000 tickets have been sold for the Eurogamer Expo, and it’s half sold out. Last year, 20,000 folk attended the event, and additions this year include a dedicated MMO zone, and the Indie Games Arcade. It all takes place September 22 – 25 at Earls Court.
