Konami announces gamescom line-up – Silent Hill, MGS, PES2012
Barely a month after E3, Konami’s the first company to announce its line-up for gamescom. The starting gun for Cologne has gone off.

Metal Gear Solid 3D: Snake Eater, Silent Hill: Downpour and Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 will make up the numbers.
“Gamescom is a success story,” said Konami Europe chief Martin Schneider in a machine-translated press release.
“We are proud to actively participate in the same contributing to the show involves a unique experience for the public, trade and media.”
We’ve been told this is only the initial line-up consisting of key titles, so expect more news to follow soon on other titles.
gamescom takes place from August 17-21 in Cologne. We will, obviously, be there.

Silent Hill looks very much like Alan Wake now. A lot.

PES is needing at least a one year break. Same would goes for Fifa to some extent. Constant yearly releases just don’t bring enough inovation and changes to call it a new game.
