Sony says brand is recovering after PSN attacks

Wednesday, 29th June 2011 19:47 GMT By Andrew Groen

The embattled CEO of Sony, Sir Howard Stringer, spoke today at an annual Tokyo meeting. He took the oppontunity to apologize for the PSN attacks, and defend his position.

“Our brand perception, you’ll be happy to know, is clearly improving again,” he told the attendees at the meeting.

“My foremost responsibility to the board and all of you is to further advance the transformation process, firmly establish Sony’s position as a global product, content and service leader in the networked digital era and ensure our continued development and growth,” Stringer continued.

Stringer also took the opportunity to trumpet his own personal pay decrease which fell 16% to £2.7m. Though many attendees didn’t think the symbolic gesture was enough, and one still asked for his resignation.

You dumb fuck Stringer, nobody told you about the breach, and now you heading to Tokyo to apologize, Japs have a way about “fuckups”, the responsible have to cut his finger off and hand it over, thats is the way how “Japs apologize”… handle in Japan…

It’s hard to argue with him. If there’s one quantifiable aspect of the two months that have passed since the catastrophic PSN data breach and subsequent month-long lockout, it’s how much Sony’s brand has recovered.

He’s down to only 2.7m a year? Man, how does he even pay the bills? He must be practically living in rags.

He’s probably an undercover hacker. It’s the perfect cover.

… Or did I just blow your MIND!

Well for 2.7 million you can suck all Sony stock-brokers cocks, and thank them to keep him to be in charge of US.. what a shame… Give Jack 2.5mill at least he works for the money and comes on TV every year, do we see Stringer on TV, maybe Stringer is on vacation with a tia-maria and a chick rubbing sun-lotion on him.. with his ugly grin on his face…
