Uncharted 3 multiplayer beta kicks off later today

Naughty Dog is understandably pumped for today's Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception multiplayer beta, to the tune of five new trailers and some snippets of new information.

Joystiq reports the beta is currently expected to be available to US PS Plus members from around 2:00 PM PDT Tuesday (that's 10:00 PM in London, and 7:00 AM on Wednesday morning in Sydney), but the launch time is dependent on Sony updating the PlayStation Network.

The beta will weigh in at about 1.7 GB, and support split-screen co-op as well as stereoscopic 3D for those playing alone.

You can check out all the new trailers below. There's the reveal trailer, a look at the two available maps - the Airstrip and Chateau - and then a peek at two co-operative gameplay modes. Hunter is seen on the Airstrip, but Adventure goes down on a third map - Syria.

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception is due exclusively on PlayStation 3 in early November.
