TMNT: Turtles in Time Re-Shelled leaving the US on June 30

A notice on the PS Store has alerted PS3 users that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time Re-Shelled will no longer be made available in the US come June 30.
According to a statement given to Joystiq by the game's publisher, Ubisoft, it is being pulled due to an expired license.
If you were planning on playing it but never got around to it, you only have a few days left, so hop to it.
The TMNT: Turtles in Time revamp was "re-shelled" for PS3 and Xbox 360 and announced way back in January 2009.
It was released the following June on XBL followed by its PSN release.
