Homefront PC half price, demo out now
THQ has released a PC demo for Homefront, and knocked 50 percent off the price this weekend.

The multiplayer demo is now available on Steam, and allows progression to rank ten. An Xbox 360 version broke records for a post-release demo.
If you like what you see, shoot and get shot by, the game is half-price all weekend on Steam. You have until June 27 to capitalise on the sale.
Homefront is avalable on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and has seen various fixes since launch. It boasts dedicated servers for all three systems.

It’s also worth mentioning that it’s now actually reappeared on the steam store for UK users again, after being pulled the day it come out.

Well if the demo is to include parts of the single player, then may god help Kaos :< Awefully scripted, story is okay but just too linear.

Demo is MP the story says, I’d imagine it’s just the same as the 360 demo released last month.

Yeah…only MP demo, I think THQ realized the SP pretty much blew…the multi was decent though, but I traded it in to GameStop earlier this month when they were giving a 50% bonus on trade-ins…only got $20 for it though while I got $23 for Bad Company 2 and $40 for Black Ops

I’ve downloaded the demo off Steam, but I can’t see me getting the game anyway, I played the 360 mp and just wasn’t impressed by the games mechanics at all.
