Deus Ex: Human Revolution App provides QR missions, nets you prizes

Square is holding what constitutes as a scavenger hunt for Deus Ex: Human Revolution through an iOS App in the US.

The way it works, according to D'toid, is by scanning a QR code on Facebook after you download the App, and there is also a code on the game's forums.

After you scan the code, start hunting for QR codes in "the real world and online." Hints will be handed out on both Twitter and Facebook.

The first 1,000 people to find 10 codes win a theme, and the first 10 to find all 21 QR codes will win the Augmented Edition of Deus Ex as well as custom DXHR headphones, and Adam Jensen action figure, and a compression sleeve.

Also, if 1 million points are collected before August 23, all participants will receive an Xbox Live Avatar prop or something for PS Home.

For more information, hit up the D'toid link as well as the others in this post.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution is due on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 at the end of August.
