RAGE pushed into early October

The RAGE website is now carrying early October dates for both the US as well as the UK, having previously been due on the second week of September.

The id Software shooter is now due to release on October 4 in the US and October 7 in the UK, delaying the game by three weeks from its original September 13 and 16 dates.

It'll now launch against Namco's Dark Souls, Sony's Twisted Metal and 2K's The Darkness II on the same day.

There might some 'rage' at the delay (sorry), so read our impressions of it from Bethesda's pre-E3 event in April.
