Full restoration of Qriocity services begins today
Sony has announced it will fully restore all Qriocity services today in all serviced territories, excluding Japan.

As a result, all PlayStation Network and Qriocity services which were shut down on April 20 will be available.
In addition to full PSN services as well as “Music Unlimited powered by Qriocity” for PSP, PS3, VAIO and other PCs which have already resumed, full restoration of Qriocity services will include:
- Full functionality on “Video On Demand powered by Qriocity” across all compatible devices,
- Full functionality on “Music Unlimited powered by Qriocity” across all compatible devices.
Announcement for the restoration of the remaining services on Qriocity in Japan will be made as they become available.

never heard of it before the PSN outage, that was good publicity for it ^^

Still there are accounts in my country which are not active yet. They are directed through emails to PS Store website to change their passwords. Then, pooof! the message of ‘your country/ region doesn’t have a store.’
So I think we need a PS store for my country to change our passwords
