Kotick E3 video interview: WiiU “exciting,” has caught up with “graphics, audio”
Acvtivision boss Bobby Kotick’s given a video interview to CNBC today, saying Nintendo will perform “exceptionally well” in terms of visuals, audio and user interface with the just-announced WiiU.
The exec was speaking at the Nintendo conference in LA this morning, just before the console was announced.
He also discussed the recent PSN outage and how he believes firms like Sony are going to have to make serious investments to convince consumers their personal data’s being handled correctly in future.
Take a look.

Yeah it’s caught up. But MS/Sony will be rolling out the next gen out 18 months after it releases. Will t get left behind again? Scaled-down version of AAA titles?

He raises an interesting (and obvious, yes) point about Battlefield 3 – how well does it look on the consoles. I would really like to know that too. At GT’s Bound Round today, Geoff Keighley said DICE had the Xbox 360 version of BF 3 at E3 as well. Can you VG247 guys and gals see if that’s true and possibly get a look and report back? That’d be really great

Now then, Mr Kotick, if only your cash cow would catch up with its competitors.
