Outland to hit US PSN June 14

US PlayStation 3 owners have just over a week to wait for Ubisoft's colour-switching, bullet hell platformer, Outland.

In a post on the US PS Blog, developer Housemarque confirmed the Ubisoft-published downloadable game will arrive on the North American PlayStation Network on June 14.

An unusual, Ikaruga-like feature allows Outland's protagonist to switch between two spirit forms with different abilities and resistances. The result is pretty gorgeous.

Outland released on the European PSN when the PS Store came back online last week. It's also available on Xbox Live.

Thanks, Joystiq.
