Kinect Fun Labs announced, available today

Microsoft’s formally announced Kinect Fun Labs at its E3 press conference, adding that it’s available as of today.

Kinect Fun Labs is simply a showcase piece that enables you to show your innovations that you made via Kinect. Basically, you can play with user-made Kinect tools from the industry and users.

When Fun Labs scans you, it makes an Avatar that is representative of your actual being. It also now enables finger-tracking for the motion controller. You can also scan in various items, such as stuffed animals, and even as far as scanning your car.

It’ll be available as a permanent feature on the 360 dashboard, but will be available to all Xbox Live owners, and is available now.

It’s very good. Especially the cuddly toy scan.
