Forbes: New God of War to be announced at Sony E3 presser

Well i remember they said there are done with greek mythology so who nows maybe its re boot.

yeah, greek mithology is done, now he is going after the Rome gods… which is preety much the same thing just diferant names

or does it? Kratos wanted only to end his revange, Kill Zues, the only way how I can imagine is that the rest of the Gods are going after Kratos to do their revange justice. Maybe Deimos comes along to kill Kratos for killing his father Ares (the proper Deimos who is the personification of terror and not Kratoses brother who god knows why has this name)

I hope it’s an NGP game from Ready at Dawn; I’d rather Santa Monica be working on something else, something new.

OH Kratos die already, I’m bored to death with greek mythology, I want Norse ones, I want a descent game that I can meet Odin and grab some tea and kick whatever we could kick together.. enough of Kratos, it lost it’s appeal and charms…

hasnt anyone of you played GOW 3 ? seriously after the credits kratos is dragged of the edge of the cliff by something mysterious? so maybe this next GOW game could follow on from that…..

was draged? thats the whole beauty of the ending, we don’t know what happend.
he was draged, he crawled away, he jumpt in to the sea and comited susite, we don’t know, so the ending opens up for a possible sequal

Didn’t Athena turn out to be guiding Kratos for her own gain at the end? The plot could carry on from there.

Although I’d rather it not. I’d rather we be introduced to a new character, in a new mythology, with a new skill set, and have the story cleverly woven into the extended plight of Kratos.

i would like to play as kratos when he was in the Spartan army ans that would be pritty interesting

No idea if this is one of them though, because that guy says that they have 8 games, all from “external teams”. GoW tends to internal.

Santa Monica Studios said once they will not continue with Kratos in GOWIV (thing is we don’t know if this will be GOWIV)

God Of War for Move only? Or for NGP? Possible. But after playing GoW3 I´m done with this “stuff” for the moment. I don´t want Sony to present more games. I want them to improve their online-service. And with that I don´t mean this hacker stuff but more demos, trailers and so on!

@16, LOL, last time they worked together, *Nintendo stabbed Sony in the back so Sony used what they had learned to create the PlayStation which was originally going to contain a NES cartridge slot.

*Nintendo weren’t paying attention when Sony wanted to join the games industry. Sony wanted to do more than just attach a CD tray to a console, they wanted to be partners so Nintendo quietly dumped them part way through development after they had already agreed on the stipulations.

Perhaps they will go the way of Darksiders 2 and we will get a new anti-hero.
