Replays now enabled for Team Fortress 2
Valve’s introduced a replay system for Team Fortress 2. It’ll enable you to record videos of your games if the server you’re on allows it, with the option of being able to upload footage to either Steam or YouTube. Currently, Valve’s holding a competition up until May 19 looking for the best 20 videos in the game. There’s more on it here.

THQ: CoD-level success still possible for Homefront
Homefront’s 2.6 million opening pitch may not have quite been the home run THQ was looking for, but it’s nothing to scoff at either. Well, unless you’re Call of Duty, in which case you’ve earned the right to take a sip of your incredibly fine wine and chortle at whatever numbers you please. THQ’s Brian Farrell, however, doesn’t think his game’s lost a battle or a war. After all, he explained, even Call of Duty wasn’t always an 800 lb industry gorilla.

Capcom sees FY2011 profit rise 156%
Capcom is in the money. The company said this morning that operating profit for FY2011 stood at ¥14.3 billion yen (£108.5 million, $177.8 million), up 156 percent on the previous year.

New From Dust dev diary talks art, spews lava
Attention people who like videogames: Are you aware of Ubisoft’s upcoming tribal environmental RTS oddity From Dust? No? Then we pose the following question: What are you doing with your life? The game looks refreshingly unique, and you get to help tiny shouting men avoid the all-too-common cause of death that is a roving wall of lava. They call it “the silent killer” for a reason, after all.

Ubisoft’s released a proper ton of Child of Eden concept art, if that’s your thing. Go get it over at D’Toid. The Q Entertainment techno shooter is gearing up for launch later this summer, launching on July 17 in the UK for 360 with added Kinect support.
