SCEA launches E3 website, not much there
Sony’s launched its E3 website. Not much else is there other than its booth details for the Los Angeles Convention Center and details of its E3 press conference on June 6. It also features an NGP bit and a list of PS3 titles for the show, including Uncharted 3, Resistance 3, Twisted Metal and more. Go nuts for it here.

Halo Reach demo launches on Marketplace
Nelson’s confirmed the release of a demo of Halo Reach, eight months after the release of the game. The taster for Bungie’s final entry in the series includes a single-player level, a competitive multiplayer map and a Firefight map as well. You can queue it to your 360 here. It’s currently exclusive for Gold members.

Trenched gameplay shown in first dev diary
Double Fine’s put out the first developer diary of its Microsoft-published XBLA title Trenched. The video shows some of the main developers on the project talking about it, as well as showing some captured gameplay from the tower-defense shooter. Get it below, via D’Toid. Resistance 1 and 2 to double up as Greatest Hits bundle
Sony is to bundle together Resistance: Fall of Man and Resistance 2 as a Greatest Hits dual package ahead of Resistance 3′s September release. A leaflet included in the Blu-ray release of Battle: Los Angeles – which includes a single-player taster of R3 – says the pack will also come with $10 worth of bonus content and a Resistance 3-related skin. The pack releases for $40 this summer. No word on a similar release for UK yet. Resistance 3 launches on September 6 in the US.

Sony is making steps towards relaunching the PlayStation Store, activating free PlayStation Plus subscriptions and upgrading PSP’s Firmware, but has confirmed the service will not restart in the next day.

Persona 2 PSP English localisation confirmed, launches this fall
Atlus has confirmed it’ll localise Persona 2 for a US release this fall for PSP. It comes after an old-school newsletter tease of the localisation last week. Siliconera has some English-looking screenshots of the game. The game launched in Japan last month, with Ghostlight releasing Persona 3 Portable in the UK last month.

Splash Damage drops Brink PC update
As promised, Splash Damage has launched a new update for the PC version of Brink. The update will fix audio and memory bugs, graphical performance is improved as well as additional interface and server issues. PS3 and 360 updates will launch once its passed certification from both platform holders. Full patch notes are here.
