Samurai Warriors 3 Empires outed by retail poster

Chalk this up under “unlikely to cross the pond in any direction”, but oh! How I should like to get my paws on the newly uncovered Samurai Warriors 3 Empires.

KOEI Warriors turned up a retail poster for the unannounced spin off to Samurai Warriors 3.

The latest entry in the Empires series, Omega Force’s strategy-lite take on the Warriors or Musou series, is due in Japan in August, apparently only on PlayStation 3.

Samurai Warriors 3 was originally released on the Wii, then ported to PS3 with the added subtitle of “Z” and bundled in content from the Xtreme Legends expansion. That version is yet to see Western release, so don’t cross your fingers for this one.
