Ken Rolston chats up Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning

Speaking in a video interview with Venture Beat, posted below, Rolston goes on to chat about the game’s combat and the advancement system, the later of which which allow you to pick and choose between many different abilities which he described as “cool”.
He also mentions in passing the MMO based on the series, as well as other forms the series will take once it hits the marketplace.

This is a man who is helming hell of a staff at Big Huge Games and Studio 58. Most of the staff have worked on staff with Bioware, Bethesda and even Blizzard so im expecting greatness.
Also ALL THE PRETTY COLORS IN THE GAME! Something I havent seen a lot of this generation.

Everything I’ve read and seen about this game leaves me incredibly optimistic.
