Japanese retailer lists Hero 30 Second for August release

A retailer in Japan has listed a new August 4 release date for Marvelous’ Hero 30 Second, the sequel to Half-Minute Hero on PSP.

It was originally slated for a February 11 release, but was postponed back in January.

The game boasts an edit mode, four-player via ad-hoc, five RPG stories: Overture, Judgement, Revolution, Ragnarok and Destiny, and an Infinite Hero survival mode.

No western release date has been set as of yet.

Thanks, Andriasang.

Hope they keep the dark overlord side story (or whatever it was called), that was the most fun part of the original. A really silly, funny story backed up by a rather fun pseudo-strategy game. The hero and princess parts were fairly meh, though, by comparison.
