Anarchy Reigns introduces Leo the cyborg

SEGA has released a trailer for Platinum Games' action-filled Anarchy Reigns which focuses on Leo.
Leo is a cyborg who packs around positron blades mounted from his limbs. Basically his wrists and knees. These can be expanded and retracted by altering power output levels.
Anarchy Reigns will be released in 2012 for Xbox 360 and PS3.
