Resident Evil: The Mercenaries gets July 1 UK launch

Nintendo's announced that Resident Evil: The Mercenaries will release, just as we predicted, on July 1. Mercenaries, with marketing and distribution being handled by Nintendo instead of Capcom, already had a June 28 US launch confirmed. It'll release on June 2 in Japan. The title is based off the Mercenaries mode from Resident Evil 4 and 5, and will feature several main RE characters, including Chris and Claire Redfield, Jill Valentine, Albert Wesker, Barry Burton and Rebbecca Chambers, to name a few.
