Crysis 2 gets its Retaliation DLC
Crysis 2 has just gotten that little bit bigger, with the release of the Retaliation DLC pack which brings four new maps to Crytek’s latest shooter. It’ll set you back 800 MS Points, and brings with it four new maps.
Explore Compound, Park Avenue, Shipyard and Transit – the new pack is out now on the Xbox Live Marketplace, and, um, “coming soon” to PlayStation Network.
Thanks for the reminder, Rip Ten!

To be honest, I have to laugh whenever the DX11 patch is mentioned. Crysis 2 was so dumbed down so that it would run on PS3 and 360 that no amount of DX11 patching will suddenly make the gameplay or the graphics as good as the first Crysis.
In short, I think that with the DX11 patch (if it ever appears) it will still look good for a PS3/360 game but now with a few added tessellation effects.
Play The Witcher 2 instead if you want to know how good PC graphics can be, leave Crysis 2 and its shitty map pack DLC to the consoles.
