MW3 pre-order poster features made-up Time cover

Totally not kidding.

GameStop's outed a double-sided poster for Modern Warfare 3 as a pre-order bonus for the shooter, which features an actual Time cover based on the game.

One side of the poster will feature the cover art for the game, whilst the other side is masked by the retailer in a promotional email sent to those involved with PowerUp rewards, But a Joystiq tipster sent an image of what it looked like.

The poster cover references ongoing events in its story, as well as events that happened from the end of Modern Warfare 2.

UK retailers started taking pre-orders for the shooter earlier this morning. The game will launch on PS3, 360 and PC on November 8, although the date hasn't been formally announced by Activision as yet.
