Megaman Legends 3 footage brings the speed

Capcom has released a reel of off-screen footage of the upcoming Megaman Legends 3 in action - and I do mean "action". No stylus-centric platformers around here, thanks.
The video was released via Capcom's Japanese YouTube channel, and kicks off after a minute of incomprehensible discussion.
Megaman Legends 3 - called Rockman Dash 3 in Japanese - is due on 3DS sometime this year, ten years after the last entry saw release in English. It is in development without the guidance of series head Keiji Inafune, following his departure from Capcom.
A trial version of the game, subtitled Prototype and featuring new character Barrett, is due to hit the 3DS eShop when the service launches.
