NIS America publishing Atelier Totori Adventures in the US and Europe this fall

Saturday, 14th May 2011 21:21 GMT By Stephany Nunneley

NIS America has announced it will publish Atelier Totori on PS3 in the US and Europe this fall, and its title will be Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland.

Per Siliconera, the game takes place five years after Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland, and sees Rorona back in the picture as a seasoned alchemist and a mentor to Totori.

Totori has left her home, the fishing village of Alanyaon, to look for her mother. Expect plenty of different endings and a continued emphasis on item synthesis.

You can check out a lot of nice screenshots of the Japanese version here.

Thanks, Gek.

    Ooh.

Not quite as interested in this one as Atelier isn’t really quite as undeniably and appreciably nutty and eccentric as Disgaea. But it is undeniably pretty, looking very good this one. So this might be another title for me to bag.

I definitely appreciate the artistic approach to this title, though. Hell, that alone might convince me.
